Wow! What a fantastic group of gentlemen to clear out years of old office furniture, metal filing cabinets, and sink display from a warehouse. Well let’s start with Matt - he was very responsive and patient with all my questions and then all the changes of dates -and then scheduled me very quickly once I was ready. Then Kevin and Shany showed up early - I’m so used to services showing up late that this was a nice change. They were so quick and efficient. I liked that they gave a courtesy call to tell you their ETA. Makes it easier for me to clear the way for them once they arrived. I had so much stuff when moving out of my apartment, and they were able to get in and out with just two of them in less than an hour! Plus, they were able to take some extra stuff that I decided to get rid of last minute. I also scheduled them last minute and they were still able to fit me in which was so nice since I was leaving the state the following week. Highly recommend!

These people are a godsend. They emptied and cleaned out a unit that gave me instant ulcers and heartburn…they were efficient, focused and KIND. Not only did they do a tough job quickly and professionally…but they were incredibly understanding of how difficult it is to dismantle the place where your parents have lived for years. I had to clear-out my Dad's home in preparation for sale. Treasure Trove came and removed all items. They even retrieved items in the loft of my dad's shed. They were prompt and quick. Bulk junk removal is often part of a complex situation such as moving or remodeling, so it helps that they are friendly and professional, especially with communication and scheduling. What a great company! Matt responded right away to my request for a quote to remove a wood stove, which weighed approximately 400 lbs. It was a great price, but I had to add some 50 linear feet of old iron pipe The price was the same. When I was finally ready, I called and asked for faster service because we were entertaining the following weekend. Matt found an opening the following day, came when he said he would, called ahead to say he was on his way. Service was impeccable not a trace of the sooty old fireplace to be found.
